2 months.........

I can't believe my Boogie is 2 months old already! Crazy!! Her little personality is so sweet! Little facts:

~ When she eats;she rubs my arm, my side/back with one hand and boobs with her other (like I rub her thighs/arms/face while she eats)
~She always smiles in the morning when I open the curtains and blinds. Its awesome to wake up to that smiling face!
~She loves music and the sound of the shower. (which has allowed me to shower daily! YAY)
~She loves water! I take her into the tub with me; no crying, just smiles!
~She makes the cutest lip smacking sound when she's done eating.
~She loves to snuggle with mommy in bed. She'll actually put out her arm looking for me if I'm not right next to her.
~She has a pink giraffe that I think will be her best buddy growing up.
~She hates pacifiers and bottles (worried about going back to work!)
~When she's really hungry and I go to put her on my boob; she dives in with her eyes crossed eyed...its the cutest thing!
~She has started to "talk" to us...lots of ooohs and aaahhhs and gurgurly cuteness!

Diaper size: Newborn-1
Clothing: 0-3 (finally)
Shoe: 1

She has been showing signs of reflux; spitting up after eating, hiccups following the spit up, fussy after eating. We see our pediatrician on Friday, Dec 9 for her 2 month shots; I'm going to bring up my concern. Hopefully he'll prescribe Zantac to help her out. I've been trying to give her Mylicon before some meals to help out. At night time she's congested because of eating while laying flat with me in bed. I try to prop her up on my arm but she scoots down when she's sleeping, and she'll start snoring, so I'll wake up and her head back on my arm. Whew...its always a long night! LOL

I am still breastfeeding and loving every minute of it! We have bonded so much! I started pumping in November for when I go back to work Jan 2.
Speaking of going back to work; we found a daycare that we like called, Kinder Care. They were so nice and I felt very comfortable with them. She has to be enrolled full time, even though she'll only go 2 times a week. But on the bright side, no other baby will sleep in her crib at the center.

Daniel and I decided to trade in my Vera Cruz for a Chrysler Town and Country Touring Edition. Its got soooo much more space and I'm so excited now about going up to Killeen for Christmas. Our trip up for Thanksgiving was torture with boogie and then our 2 dogs! Now the space is awesome and not worrisome! And enough to add 1 or 2 more kids! LOL

Can't believe that my maternity is coming to an end...wishing I could stay home with my boogie. I'll write again soon. BYE
