and at 4 weeks pregnant.....

My HCG level was at 137 and my progesterone was greater than 20. They'll do the next blood test on Monday, Feb 7th...once I"m above 1000 they will do an ultrasound and release me to an OB. The doctor still has me taking 100mg of Prometrium (progesterone) twice a day; just to make sure I don't miscarry again!

On that note...we decided to go with an OB named Dr. Susan Novak; she is part of a group called Women's Partners in OB/GYN and I will be delivering at North Central Baptist. Its good that I have friends that recently delivered there, so they told me what a great experience that they had there...so I'm not worried. Our first appointment will be the 22nd of February with our OB, so wish us luck!

So changes that have occurred since I got the BFP (Big Fat Positive) was my craving for Pork Ramen...its crazy. No morning sickness (yet) but I do get a little nauseous when I get hungry! My boobs are killing me and there are cramps that happen sporadically. I have also been taking to placing the space heater in front of me while I'm sitting on the couch....I feel like I should be warmer; kind of like incubation? LOL I don't know; I feel like i"m colder than usual and I'd like to be warm all the time. Daniel calls this crazy act "hen-ing" like I"m a chicken! LOL

So both of our parents know that we're pregnant, but I want to announce it to my brothers/sister-n-laws when they come to visit us here in San Antonio on March 14th. So its going to be so tough to keep this a secret from everyone else until then! But I have a t-shirt that I bought that I'm going to wear to make the announcement!
